Jack Link’s Wild Side Sausages come in a bunch of great flavors like Original, Jalapeño, and Cheddar.

For my Smoked Sausage Fajitas I chose the Original (but the Jalapeño would give them a spicy kick. They definitely are spicy, so if your family likes a bit less spice the Original is awesome.)

I love that Jack Link’s Wild Side Sausages has no fillers, is high in protein, has no added MSG and is Gluten Free. Perfect for my family!

Smoked Sausage Fajitas

Ingredients
  • Ingredients
  • 1 12oz pkg Jack Link’s Wild Side Sausages Original or Jalapeño Sausage, sliced in half then lengthwise into strips (about 16 strips per sausage)
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
  • ½ white or yellow onion, sliced thin
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • Optional: Sliced avocado and salsa
Instructions
  1. Heat a large pan on medium
  2. Add 1 tsp olive oil to pan
  3. Add sliced Jack Link’s Wild Side Sausages to pan
  4. Cook until brown (about 5 minutes), stirring occasionally
  5. Remove from pan and set aside
  6. Add 1 tsp olive oil to pan
  7. Drizzle peppers and onion with lime juice and salt to taste
  8. Add peppers and onions to pan
  9. Cook until brown and soft (about 5 minutes), stirring occasionally
  10. Remove from pan and set aside
  11. Heat second pan on medium
  12. Place 2-4 tortillas in pan (depending on size) and heat until soft (about 30 seconds). Flip once and move to a tortilla warmer
  13. To assemble:
  14. Place warm tortilla on plate and stack with Jack Link’s Wild Side Sausages, peppers, onions and top with avocado and salsa if desired.
